Everything we sell is 100% real authentic brand name retail box perfumes. We never sell imitations, knock offs, or Testers.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with what you receive then you have the right to return it within 7 days of receipt and we will give you a refund for your item minus the shipping charge and a 20% Restocking Fee. If you would like to return an item it must be in it's original box, unopened and unused. Sorry but we cannot accept returns for opened items.
- We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
- If the product was not damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, you are responsible for all shipping charges.

Include the return label (sent to you in the original shipment) with your product and indicate the reason for the return. We recommend you return items via UPS Ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery.
Please do not return items COD. Any charges incurred by Smart Merchandising, Inc. for COD shipments will be subtracted from the amount of the returned item. You will be returned the difference. If the COD cost exceeds the value of the returned product, the credit card used for the original purchase will be charged for the remaining balance.
A restocking fee of 20% applies to packages returned to us because an incorrect address was provided. The fee is assessed to cover the shipping charges we accrue when UPS returns your order.
